Mindful Movement Yoga

Let's move our bodies. This will be a gentle flow of movement, of stretching the body gently.

We will focus on breathing and let go of the monkey mind.

The class is small preregistration is required.

MY sessions are geared toward beginners and anyone with mobility struggles.

I will guide you through breath-work, a mindful practice and mindful movement.

Through the practice you will build mental clarity, physical strength, gain flexibility and increase your balance.
