February Yoga Class with Kerry

Come join me the last Friday of February bidding farewell to the Winter beauty this last month has brought us here in Athens, Ga.

I have always enjoyed the mysteries that March brings because you just never know what will blow this way. Will it be cold with windy storms? Will it slowly warm up and bring an early Spring?

It is a reminder of yet another reason I honor this holistic Yoga. Within our practice, we can balance out that constant striving to "know" with the experience of letting our body, mind and Spirit take in what comes from each season, movement and breath.

Although some experience in Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class where people are urged to listen to the needs of their body and optionals are given.
