December Yoga class with Kerry*The in between times

Come join me to explore this needed "in between time" before our Sun reaches Winter Solstice and begins its slow accent. It can be such a desired alchemy for our often over stimulated nervous systems to take in some soothing moments of repair and renewal while our season is in its darker and colder times. We can absorb this reminder as we do this helpful holistic Hatha Yoga session together fueling our energy reserves for whatever way we experience the Winter holiday times.

Although some knowledge of Yoga is helpful, this is an all levels class where people are urged to only do what feels good for their bodies and optionals are given.
