Chainsaw Safety Workshop

Limestone County Extension is excited to bring a free Chainsaw Safety Workshop to residents in Limestone County and surrounding areas. The class will take place on September 22nd & 23rd.

Day 1 will cover chainsaw safety, ergonomics, injury prevention, PPE, and risk management. After lunch, participants will observe a live tree-felling demonstration.

Day 2 will provide a hands-on tree-felling training experience. Please note: attendance on Day 1 is required in order to participate in Day 2.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion regardless of if they attend 1 or 2 days of training.
