Book Launch and Annual APJN FUNdraiser!
Join Mara and somatic energy guide Miki Johnson for a 45-minute workshop to play with various tools to help settle your nervous system. After a guided practice for the whole group, we’ll split up to explore stations with various techniques, then reconvene to share what we’ve learned.
