A tasting highlighting our aged spirits: 8 Year Bourbon, 5 year Apple Brandy, Spiced Bourbon, and Mash Bill #4 Bourbon, followed by a tour. Led by distiller and cidermaker, Kelly Sauber. Discussion and tasting generally lasts about an hour to an hour and a half depending on questions from guests. Fee includes tasting, talk and tour, and tasting glass to take home.
