Tea and refreshments provided - all welcome!

This project will tell the story of the Orwin and Sebana legend along with the lakes history through art, music and film.

Please bring any documents, maps,  artifacts or historical information about Lough Sheelin.

We would love to hear your stories about the lake and its history.

This project will be facilitated by artists Kim Gaffney and Colette Kearney, musician Barry O'Reilly and videographer Dimitry from Jago Studios. 

Funded through Creative Cavan. Exhibition to open 2026
