We will be focusing on the Digestive System.
🌿 We will discuss the local herbs we find, their properties, and how to use them.
We will be making a tincture and remedies for diarrhoea and constipation.
🥗 You will be served a lunch of organic chicken, ham, salad, and potato salad. Most grown on the farm 👌
