VFW Auxiliary Chili Cook Off

It's time to tweak that recipe and simmer up your best pot of chili for the annual VFW Auxiliary Chili Cook Off! There are no recipe restrictions, beans, no beans, canned ingredients, fresh selections; it's your call! All you need to do is let us know about the heat level so our tasters have a head's up on those spicy bites.

The one BIG rule is that Chili must be dropped off in the kitchen no later than 1:30 pm in a crock pot, heated and ready to eat.

Tasting and voting will begin at 2:00 pm and cost $5 per taster. Chili entry contestants get to taste for free.

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners by people's choice vote.

We will also have a raffle during the event and would greatly appreciate your donation of items for the raffle. Any donations can be dropped off at the Canteen with a note indicating it is for the Chili cook off and attention to Heidi P.
