Have you ever been in a room where paddles, canes, and hands move in sync with the music—multiple scenes building in rhythm and energy all around you?
If you’ve never experienced that kind of pulse, connection, and flow… this is your invitation.
Rhythm and Beats is a unique impact-focused play party that blends music and sensation into one shared, dynamic experience. This is where spanking, caning, and paddling meet movement, breath, and rhythm—all held in a space of consent, curiosity, and care.
What to Expect:
As the doors open at 8:00pm, you’re invited to settle in, meet the community, and ease into the evening.
We’ll begin with an opening circle to ground ourselves, set intentions, and review safety and technique together.
Then, we’ll flow through four guided rhythmic impact sessions:
A gentle warm-up to ease into the body
A steady build-up as tempo and connection grow
A peak experience where energy and rhythm reach their height
A soft, soulful cool-down to land the body and spirit
Between each session, we’ll take brief breaks to hydrate, snack, and connect. These moments are for community, conversation, and catching your breath.
After the guided journey, the floor opens up for free play—a chance to explore and enjoy at your own pace.
Please bring a snack to share—it’s a community event, and we will be burning some calories.
This is a space for connection, intention, and embodied play, held to the pulse of a shared beat. Whether you come solo or with a partner, curious or experienced, you're welcome here.

FAQ
But, what if I’m not a member? Can I still attend the event?
Yes and no; All of our programming is designed for our members and their chosen guests, we do offer a limited amount of non-member tickets. But once they’re gone, they’re gone.
You are also welcome to attempt to catch a non-member ticket for the following week, purchase one of our memberships or sign up for Resonance, a community centered 101 tasting version of this party, hosted every fourth Saturday of the month, here at The Sanctuary of East Harlem.
Why is this event exclusive to members and their chosen guests?
The truth? Most if not all of our programming is designed specifically for our members: kinky people who crave authentic and genuine interpersonal connections, and here’s why…
At any one of our events, programs or socials, you can expect to be met by a community of diverse yet like-minded people, all of whom are committed to their own personal development goals through a variety of conscious kink, BDSM and Leather practices.
Through membership, not only are we able to ensure your physical safety, it also certifies that each person will be met with communal support, maintaining the integrity of the space and maximizing the potential growth for each individual.
So, how do we vet potential members?
As a prerequisite for becoming a member, we require active participation in our free online communication skill-building class, Connection: Simplified, created for supporting you and our community in building deep, long lasting relationships. For the next free offering of this seminal program, click here.
While we offer a limited number of non-member tickets, you will always be welcomed at the door by a friendly face. If we can’t offer you entry for the current event, we will invite you to ask any questions you might have. We are always happy to assist and point you in the best direction for your own journey.
What else do I need to know before arriving?
Dress code is “comfortable and confident”. While we are not a dungeon, per se, we suggest that you wear whatever makes you feel like your best self.
We have a communal snack table, please bring a snack to share and a beverage of your choice. Water, tea, coffee and lollipops are always available!
Our events come equipped with a resident photographer. If you would like to have your play-scene photographed, Victor will be around to negotiate. NOTE: Victor will never take photos of anyone without pre-scene negotiation and enthusiastic consent.
While this party is centered around play, there is no expectation for anyone to engage in any form of play. In fact, we highly welcome and encourage newcomers to socialize, watch and ask questions.
