Chronic Illness Support Group

The Chronic Illness Support Group is a safe space to explore the challenges of living with chronic conditions. It will provide a chance for participants to connect, share experiences and support one another.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Qualifying conditions include but are not limited to:
• Cancer
• COPD
• Congestive Heart Failure
• Diabetes
• Hypertension
• Pulmonary/Cystic Fibrosis

The group meets every first Thursday monthly, from 3-4 p.m., in the CMH-OHSU Knight Cancer Collaborative Classroom.
