End your week with an hour of deep rest and relaxation. Join Anastasia for a soothing sound bath experience, where you’ll settle in, get comfortable, and let gentle tones from crystal bowls and other instruments wash over you.

This class is designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and create a sense of peaceful grounding. No experience is needed, simply bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that helps you get cozy.

NOTE: A minimum of 6 registrations is required for this class to run. If minimums are not met, you’ll receive either a full refund or class credit-your choice.

Come unwind, reset, and leave feeling calmer than when you arrived.
