Movement Wednesdays: Dance w/ Kristine

Get out of your head and into your body with this movement class designed to shake off the stress of your day. From 6-7PM, we’ll turn up your favorite songs for a full-on dance party while sneaking in a little anatomy, range of motion, and mindful movement.

Perfect if you’ve been stuck at a desk all day, this class will help banish those aches and pains while boosting both your physical and mental health.

Studies show dance is one of the best ways to improve overall well-being — and you’ll leave each class feeling energized, free, and connected.

No dance experience required. Just bring yourself, a little curiosity, and the willingness to move!
