Julia Keefe Indigenous Jazz Ensemble

Under the leadership of the esteemed Nez Perce vocalist, Julia Keefe, the Indigenous Jazz Ensemble not only performs but educates and inspires. Their concerts are a deep exploration of jazz as an “uniquely American” art form, enriched by the diverse cultural backgrounds of its members. Each performance is crafted to not only entertain but to provoke thought and broaden understanding of the Indigenous influences that are woven into the fabric of American music history.
