Join Harmony with Hope Therapy for an evening of calm, stillness, and sound. As crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instruments surround you, allow yourself to fully rest and restore.
This month’s sound bath takes place just before the Harvest Moon supermoon—a time traditionally associated with reflection, release, and clarity. It’s the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and let go of anything you no longer wish to carry.
❌ Important Information
Sound baths are not suitable for:
• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with metal implants i.e. pacemakers etc.
• Individuals with epilepsy or seizure disorders
