We will be working through the PAVING: A Woman's Path Through Menopause and Beyond book by Drs Michelle Tollefson, Beth Frates and Amy Comander.
Each class is designed around a deep dive to into women's health through the menopause transition (and the rest of our lives) and culinary support and an optional physical health component before class (at 5pm).
Class - plan on 6pm - 8:30pm
The course is designed to provide you with reference materials and goal setting that will put you on the right path for a healthy lifestyle.
