This time, we invite you to join us for a “Teslik” experience, which means the collection of herbs!
Our journey will take us to the village of Brih, nestled in the heart of the Chouf region. Known for its rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes, Brih provides the perfect backdrop for our adventure.
We’ll begin by meeting Lamia, a close friend of Vamos Todos and the founder of Streeh Guesthouse and Guestable, located in the heart of the traditional village. Lamia’s guestable is renowned for its delicious, healthy, and organic food, offering a true taste of the local flavors and traditions.
Then, we’ll go on an easy hike through the beautiful hills surrounding the village. After the hike, we will learn about the many herbs that grow in this area, exploring their uses and medicinal properties. You will also have the opportunity to collect these herbs, with all the necessary tools provided on-site.
After the collection of herbs, we’ll come together to try cooking some traditional recipes using the herbs we’ve gathered. With the guidance of local experts, we’ll have the opportunity to discover some ancient culinary traditions passed down through generations.
To end this enriching experience, we’ll sit down to enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the local people, sharing stories and celebrating the incredible flavors of Brih’s land.

Cette fois, nous vous invitons à nous rejoindre pour l’expérience de "Teslik", qui signifie la collecte d'herbes !
Notre aventure nous conduira dans la région de Brih, dans le Chouf.
Notre aventure nous conduira au village de Brih, niché au cœur de la région du Chouf. Connu pour sa riche histoire, sa culture vibrante et ses paysages à couper le souffle, Brih constitue le cadre idéal pour notre aventure.
Nous commencerons par rencontrer Lamia, une amie proche de Vamos Todos et la fondatrice de Streeh Guesthouse et Guestable, situés au cœur du village traditionnel. Le guestable de Lamia est réputé pour sa cuisine délicieuse, saine et biologique, offrant un véritable goût des saveurs et des traditions locales.
Après la collecte des herbes, nous nous rassemblerons pour cuisiner quelques recettes traditionnelles en utilisant les herbes que nous avons récoltées. Sous la direction d'experts locaux, nous aurons l'opportunité de découvrir des traditions culinaires anciennes transmises de génération en génération.
Pour terminer cette expérience enrichissante, nous nous installerons pour déguster un délicieux repas préparé par les habitants locaux, partageant des histoires et célébrant les saveurs incroyables de la terre de Brih.
