THE 2025 LOG DEADLIFT STONE SPRING BREAK is coming back for another year!
We are thrilled to host LDS Spring Break at Coco’s Gym on the Gold Coast along with AS.
Participants will have three attempts to showcase their maximum strength in three of the most iconic strongman lifts: the Log Press, Deadlift, and Atlas Stone.
