First Course - Harvest Salad: radicchio, arugula, frisée, Belgian endive, grilled pears, apples, pomegranate seeds, and candied hazelnuts with feta & Dijon lemon vinaigrette.
Second Course - Pork Roulade: Carlton Farms brined and stuffed pork loin with spinach and mushroom duxelles, served with roasted tri-colored carrots, herb butter, & black currant demi.
Third Course - Flat Iron Steak: Coffee- and vanilla-spiced rubbed grilled flat iron steak, served with herb-roasted fingerling potatoes & Bing cherry Pinot sauce.
Fourth Course - Chocolate Cheesecake: Milk chocolate cheesecake with graham cracker crust, goat cheese frosting, and mixed berry coulis.
