Experience either a float in the pool (85 degree) one last time for summer, or lay poolside on a cozy set up during this powerful collaboration. Shelley will help you experience deep release and renewal with guided breathwork to calm the mind and awaken the body. From there, sink into the soothing embrace of the water as you are immersed in a transformative sound journey by both Shelley & Kelly. The vibrations ripple through the pool, creating a deeply restorative and unique healing experience that engages body, mind, and spirit.
