Ms Main Street Bash Vintage Pin Up Pageant & Gala:
Part of the End of Summer Main Street Bash Car, Truck & Bike Show on Saturday, September 13th in Ashland, Ohio!
The contest rules and what's expected are pretty simple, but must be followed.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Application fee of $20 is required once application has been confirmed as received. Please do not fall for scammers!
Application deadline is 8am on August 1st, 2025. The application fee for the 15 selected entries will be donated to Rape Crisis Domestic Violence Safe Haven of Ashland, Ohio.
If you are not selected as one of the 15 entries your application fee of $20 will be refunded to you, or you may opt to pay it forward to Safe Haven of Ashland.
Clothing should represent eras from 1920s to 1960s, a rockabilly or artful twist is acceptable. Actual clothing does not need to be vintage. No bathing suits, lingerie or Halloween costumes as attire are permitted for the contest, no exceptions.
Under no circumstances is a contestant to speak about any current events, politics, local news, etc on the stage (if selected to be in the pageant). This is not a social media page while on stage.
This event is a fun place for everyone and you are asked to please respect everyone involved by keeping it classy.
Absolutely NO bullying, name-calling, bashing, etc. We are here to empower each other, lift one another up, and show kindness towards all involved.
Negative attitudes, words, or expressions toward any contestant or anyone involved in the show will not be tolerated and could result in automatic disqualification. This includes but is not limited to during the event, online, social media, etc. There will be zero harassment or name-calling of any kind.
This event is open to women of all shapes, sizes, backgrounds, ethnicities, locations, etc. All are welcome to enter and are encouraged to join this event.
Under no circumstances are you to use profanity on stage or when interacting with the crowd.
At the Pin Up check in booth, you will receive your contestant identification number and the activities will begin. This isn’t just about stage presence. You are the feature of the show!! You will compete throughout the late afternoon by interacting with the spectators, attendees and panel of judges.
Each selected contestant will receive a custom set of limited edition trading cards with your image to share with the crowd. If selected, your submitted image with this application is the picture displayed on your trading cards.
Contestants will be chauffeured through areas of downtown Ashland along the Pin Up Pitstop where a variety of businesses will have goodies such as snacks or gifts available exclusively for you.
At any time during the competition you may be photographed by a variety of event photographers and magazines. You may be approached by car owners, sponsors, or general public looking for photos of pin ups with a car, motorcycle, etc. Please be classy. Try to refrain from posing for lewd photos while attending the event.
$1,000 in Prize Money!!!
1st Place - $500.
2nd Place - $300.
3rd Place - $200.
Registered car show attendees, Big3 Racing and fellow pin up contestants will also have a chance to vote for their favorite Pin Up in our People's Choice Pin Up Award! While this isn’t a cash prize, we do have something special for the winner!!! We can’t ruin the surprise though!
First place and runners up are asked to stick around for a photo shoot for media and publishing purposes.
Arrival time is between 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Pin Up check in booth. Clear instructions with map will be provided to the 15 selected contestants. Promptly at 4:00 PM contestants will begin the Pin Up PitStop and crowd interaction. No worries, we have fellow Pin Ups that are seasoned and here to assist you along the way for a fun and adventurous day. Stage presence will begin at 5:00 PM followed by finalist/pageant award announcements around 6:00 PM. The entire End of Summer Main Street event wraps up at 7pm.
