Little Salty Cider Release Party

Get ready to sip, savor, and celebrate Nebraska’s wild side!

Glacial Till Vineyard and Nebraska Game and Parks have teamed up for another one-of-a-kind collaboration, introducing Little Salty—a limited-edition cider inspired by one of Nebraska’s rarest insects, the Salt Creek Tiger Beetle. Just like its namesake, this cider is bold, zippy, and truly unique to Nebraska.

Come join the fun as we toast to the release of Little Salty! Test your beetle knowledge with trivia, meet wildlife experts, and explore exhibits that showcase Nebraska’s incredible ecosystems. You’ll learn why this tiny predator is such a big deal—and how we can all help protect the rare saline wetlands it calls home.

Little Salty will be available for purchase at Glacial Till Cider House & Tasting Room, with each pack supporting wildlife education and conservation across Nebraska. Sip a sample, grab a glass, or take home a 6-pack!
