Get ready! Jeff & Inger are bringing an accomplished group of musicians to The Stone House for a local album release of "Hear Me Calling". This will be a combination of originals from the new album and select covers as well as inspired improvisations that will undoubtedly ramp up into a music frenzy- with some of the most talented players on the West Coast.
Fresh off their album release tour in Italy, this will be Jeff & Inger’s first Stone House show since returning! Known for their eclectic blend of Blues, R&B, Rock, Jazz, Neo-Soul, and Folk, their collaboration spans original compositions and thoughtfully chosen covers, creating an immersive and versatile listening experience - and yes, dancing will happen!
About the Artists:
Jeff Pevar – A revered guitarist and multi-instrumentalist, Jeff has decades of experience performing with legends including David Crosby & CPR, CSN, Ray Charles, Marc Cohn, Joe Cocker, Rickie Lee Jones, Phil Lesh, and many others. Also a skilled producer and engineer, Jeff’s artistry shines on Hear Me Calling.
Inger Nova Jorgensen – A lyricist, vocalist, and visual artist, Inger brings poetic depth and emotional resonance to the duo’s music. As a professional sculptor and painter, she infuses their songs with a unique artistic sensibility that reflects both personal and creative journeys.
Asher Fulero – Portland-based pianist, keyboardist, and producer, Asher is known for his virtuosic playing and genre-bending production skills. In addition to a myriad of powerful original projects (Asher Fulero Band, Halo Refuser, Threedom), his wide-ranging collaborations include high-profile work with rap legend Aesop Rock, trip-hop pioneers Emancipator, guitar shred hero Paul Gilbert (Mr. Big), and Jam-Grass founders Yonder Mountain String Band.
Reinhardt Melz – One of Portland’s most in-demand drummers, Reinhardt has performed with Jeff Lorber, Earnestine Anderson, Buddy Guy, Earl King, Steve Miller, Les McCann, Javon Jackson, Shoshana Bean, and Stevie Wonder. He currently tours with Gino Vannelli, Pink Martini, and Jarrod Lawson.
Tarik Ragab – A bassist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, teacher, and visual artist, Tarik co-founded the progressive rock bands MoeTar and Raze the Maze with his wife, Moorea Dickason. His work has been featured in Bass Player magazine, and he has arranged for the Oakland Symphony. He splits his time between the Bay Area and Southern Oregon.
