In Person - Cook Book Club: "The Perfect Scoop" *For Adults Only

We're so excited about our Cookbook Club at the Ashland Public Library! This year, we are going to explore recipes from around America! For this month's meeting, we are making ice cream! Pick a recipe from The Perfect Scoop: 200 recipes for ice creams, sorbets, gelatos, granitas, and sweet accompaniments by David Lebovitz or find one you like online - no need for fancy equipment, there are thousands of ways to make ice cream.
