Fall Flow Time

Join us for our next Flow! This is a follow-along class for anyone and everyone. You will get to follow a leader and feel it out as you go - there will be 3-4 sets led by different dancers. Flow is a wonderful time to get out of your head and into your body through the simple enjoyment of moving. We hope you'll join us!

Admission is a donation for our local food bank. Here is their list of most-needed items: https://twinriversfoodpantry.org/donate-items no one will be turned away for lack of admission. Please join us no matter what your situation is- there is space for you!
