🌲 CEDAR ROOTS 🌲

Cedar Roots is made up of Sophia and Galloway, sharing music with Ecstatic Dance since 2014 in Edmonton, Alberta and at gatherings across Canada. Their DJ sets journey through organic beats, global rhythms, and melodic flow with steady arcs that invite both release and joy ~

They’ve brought this sound to festivals and retreats, and each dance is treated as a shared ritual of movement and presence.

Special sound healing integration:
At the end of the dance, Cedar Roots shift from the decks to live acoustic sound. Sophia’s voice and Galloway’s guitar carry simple songs that calm the breath and soften the body as we enter a spacious and connected integration.

SOMATIC WORKSHOP::

Come early for a Somatic Workshop with Pamela Stokes! Pamela has been trained in many different modalities that support our nervous system in connection, relaxation, and regulation. Come join us for some Mindful Motions before dance, and learn ways to support your nervous system throughout your life.

There will be tea service provided by Zion in the tea room, for those who like to sit, chat, and sip herbal teas as well as puerrh for a spark of energy throughout the night ☕️✨

And stay late to integrate the night together in the mineral waters of the Jackson Wellsprings 💧🤍🌊 *This is a clothing optional part of the event, and remember to bring your own towel and non-glass water bottle!
