Despite knowing logically that you have the capacity for growth to be a better version of yourself… you still feel stuck! Maybe you can’t shake that feeling of unease or lack of confidence to move forward in the direction that you desire. You sense that you are repeating the same patterns that no longer serve you but don’t know how to break the cycle. It feels difficult to see life from a different, healthier perspective.
We all have subconscious patterns that are established earlier in our lives to guide or help us survive the environment of that time. Those methods now no longer fit your current situation and you find yourself continuing to repeat history with your thoughts and actions. Breathwork can stop this maddening cycle! Breathwork helps identify subconscious patterning which is outdated and created around core wounds. This could be around feelings of worthiness and not feeling “good enough”. Maybe you struggle with patterns of self-sabotage, being a workaholic, perfectionism, or anxiety in general and don’t know how to reroute your method of operation?
Memories and beliefs are not just stored in our brains, they are also stored in our bodies. Breathwork is an amazing somatic tool to release stress, emotional blockages, and ineffective response patterns. As a breathwork facilitator, I would like to share my story of discovery, growth, and core healing through the power of breathwork. I became so excited with what I discovered, I now offer local classes using the Elemental Rhythm technique at Inward Bound in Ashland.
My classes offer intentional breath patterns and holds, with carefully curated music and meditation. Using this method, I create a safe space and gently guide you to your inner wisdom and subconscious. From this place, you will see yourself from a more objective perspective from the part of yourself that has witnessed your entire life. These classes often include “Ah ha!!” moments. Participants are ultimately guided to heal their own core wounds and create the safety needed to change stories and patterns moving forward. If you are ready for personal transformation, Breathwork is for you!!
With over 30 years of experience in the western medical system as a nurse and later, a Nurse Practitioner, Jenna Hill recognized the overlooked connection in our allopathic system between mind-body-spirit. Curious by nature, she observed patterns of dis-ease presenting in other forms of physical discomfort which were safer for her patients to declare, rather than the underlying origins of their illness.
During a transformative retreat in Costa Rica, she was introduced to breathwork which provided the answers to the questions that inspired her attendance. She was able to see the challenges that she and her family faced from a completely different perspective and gain the lasting peace that she had been seeking.
Although she had no desire to change career paths prior to her experience, she knew that breathwork was the missing link needed by so many in the Ashland-Talent community and immediately trained to become a breathwork facilitator through Elemental Rhythm. She established Room2Breathe.life and further advanced her training to become a life coach and support others one-to-one on the path of their chosen transformation.
