Mark Your Calendars! Arguably the largest yard sale in Cheatham County with thousands of items, and more than 10,000 square feet of sale items all under cover.
When we started the yard sale in 2016, we wanted to do something that would honor Colby Keegan, the young man we are founded after. Besides wanting to help others and make the world a better place, Colby was a frequent dumpster diver, and an avid yard sale shopper, so we could not think of an event more fitting than a super-dooper yard sale.
The event has grown, and grown, and we are so pleased to once again offer so many items at affordable prices. We hope y'all can come shop, meet a therapy horse, walk our trails, eat a sweet treat, and enjoy the event with friends.
We also appreciate you cleaning out your closets, basements, and garages, and donating what you can. We will accept donations for the sale September 1 - October 4, 2025. Please email

We will accept almost anything in good condition, with the exception of: cassette and VHF tapes, office furniture, beds and mattresses, older electronics, tube TVs (flat screens are fine), older printers and computers (those with current operating systems are fine), encyclopedias and magazines, lighting fixtures and ceiling fans; or any item that is broken, ripped or torn, or items that are too heavy to move.
