Gusbourne x Tom Shepherd of Upstairs - Lunch 2025

We’re thrilled to kick off our 2025 Chef Series with the return of Tom Shepherd and his team from Michelin-starred restaurant Upstairs.

On Saturday 18th October, Tom brings to the estate his refined take on modern British cuisine, with a four-course menu celebrating the season’s best locally sourced ingredients. Naturally, we'll be pouring a selection of rare and special wines to pair with Tom's menu.

Join us for a memorable culinary experience as we launch the series in style.
