Centaurian Connections:

This unique horseless workshop is a deep dive into how the subtleties of our movements affect our horses. We will work in pairs to explore how to better access our seat to communicate through clear aids. Topics include psoas and pelvic floor use and engagement, connections between our feet and pelvis, spinal alignment for horse and human and meditation practices to build clear intention. Cost is $200 and workshop will be capped at 8 students. Coffee, tea, and fresh baked breakfast snacks as well as a salad bar for lunch is included.
