Mindful & positive affirmations - positive affirmations are more than just feel-good phrases, they're a powerful tool for transforming mindset and improving your mental well being.
They can help improve self-confidence, reduce stress, rewire negative thought processes and improve emotional well-being.

This workshop is centred around Heart opening Cacao, affirmations, a guided meditation, Reiki & creating your own scent - roller ball (which you can take home with you).
