The arts aren’t just about performing, they can help children and young people grow in confidence, creativity, and connection. In this day and age, it can tricky to reduce screen time and the news can sometimes feel very intense, with young people picking up more than we realise about current affairs so giving them an activity that encourages them to put down their phones and express themselves in a safe environment has never been more vital 🎭
