YAIMA is a music project featuring multi-instrumentalist and producer Masaru Higasa and vocalist Pepper Proud. Their sound has often been described as timeless and unmistakable, offering a balanced synergy of both masculine and feminine expression.
Their melodious soundscapes incorporate instruments from around the world and draw deep inspiration from the majesty of nature. YAIMA’s music blends driving, revitalizing organic rhythms with transcendent electronic production, warm soothing vocals, and heartfelt lyricism.
Their intention is to create a bridge between nature and humankind—an expansive experience that encourages growth and gentle transformation for the hearts and minds of their listeners.
The name YAIMA comes from two sources: the Mapudungun phrase meaning “that which water runs through,” and the culturally preserved Yaeyama district of Okinawa, Japan.
Over the last five years, YAIMA’s music has reached audiences across the globe, resonating with listeners from all walks of life.

The AETHER ceremony is held within the live musical field of YAIMA, whose ethereal vocals, global instruments, and atmospheric rhythms create a sacred soundscape for inner exploration. Their music sets the tone for the journey — spacious, heartfelt, and gently guiding participants into a ceremonial state of presence.
The ceremony begins with a heart-opening invocation, honoring the ancestors, the directions, and the land. This creates a grounded and intentional container, inviting participants to soften into their hearts and arrive fully into the space. Following this, guests are welcomed with a cup of sustainably sourced cacao from a small family farm in Guatemala, a gentle plant medicine that supports emotional presence and inner connection.
From this warm and centered foundation, Jade Lyons guides guests through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey. Jade’s facilitation is gentle yet powerful — an invitation to breathe, soften, and meet oneself with compassion. His intuitive approach creates a supportive field where clarity and insight can rise naturally.
Throughout the experience, YAIMA’s live music becomes the atmosphere of the journey, weaving through the breath and illuminating the inner landscape. Their sound elevates the process, helping participants move into deeper states of awareness, peace, and emotional transparency.
The ceremony concludes with a grounding sound meditation, offering space for integration before participants transition into the rest of their evening.
