Supportive Group Reiki

If savasana is your favorite part of a yoga class, you'll love Supportive Group Reiki! We'll be still together and take a collective deep breath, which can be much easier to do together than alone.

This is not an easy time to be alive in the world! We are processing and digesting so much every day. But you don’t have to hold all of this on your own. This class is a chance for you to relax, integrate, and receive, without needing to do anything other than show up and let yourself be gently held.

Reiki energy brings gentle physical, mental, and emotional support to help us make space for the moment, catch up to ourselves, and release whatever is ready to let go.
