In this small but mighty workshop, we will work with collage, stream of consciousness writing, and group sharing to shed light on the inner life. The full moon illuminates our psyche—at this time we can see more clearly what has come to fruition and what we are ready to shed.

Bring an intention: maybe to make a change, gain insight, or experience more self-acceptance and joy. Work with a small group and warm guidance to get to know the parts of you that are showing up around that intention. Leave with new clarity about what you’re ready to release and what wants to grow in your life.

If you’d like to dip a toe into parts work, play with beautiful images, or share time with a supportive community, here’s your opportunity! This will be a deep, nourishing, playful evening that includes laughter and snacks. Flexible pricing from $30-$50.
