Dr. Hilma Yu, a board-certified gynecologist with more than 25 years of experience in women’s health. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists and a member of the North American Menopause Society, with a special focus on helping women navigate menopause and midlife transitions. Join Dr. Yu for real talk on what hormone therapy can (and can't) do, and how it might fit into your toolkit for thriving through menopause.
