Avast ye scallywags… the rumors are true 🏴☠️ Hi-Wire Brewing and Ginger’s Revenge teamed up to brew Dark & Stormy Dark Ale (5.6%) and she’s finally ready to set sail on October 11th!
This collab was a full-on adventure. We brewed and tasted the very first small batch at Hi-Wire’s South Slope spot. We hauled over 650 pounds of fresh Peruvian gold ginger into the production tanks at Biltmore Village. We snapped can photos in Ginger’s taproom and plotted pirate parties side by side. Every step was shared. Two crews, one ship, one storm.
