“Sit and Sound Sanctuary” - A monthly gathering for community, guided meditation, self-care, and sound healing.
Join our us every monthly for a chance to come together and connect, explore your inner self, and find some inner peace and quiet. Our intention is to cultivate greater awareness, and more resilience in our body, mind, and life.
During this session, we will explore the ancient art of sound healing with Himalayan singing bowls by Vivek Chugh paired with a guided meditation facilitated by Dr. Omri Sitton, D.C. We will allow one to explore stillness, calm, and the energetic body; while balancing the energy centers and more on this guided journey.
**It’s highly recommended to arrive at class well-hydrated and with a comfortably satisfied belly. Aim for a state where you're neither hungry nor overly full—just nicely in between. This balance will help you achieve the best results during your meditation.
** Bring: Cushion or yoga mat if you would like, chairs will be provided
