Carrie Morrison

Carrie Morrison is a popular Brevard, NC-based singer/songwriter known for her heartfelt lyrics, warm, expressive vocals, and piano-driven songs blending folk, Celtic, and rock influences. Her music reflects adoration for her Appalachian home as well as love, loss, feminine rage, humor, and resilience. Carrie performs both as a solo artist and as a vocalist/keyboardist in regional rock favorite The Andrew Thelston Band, as well as in several duos. Carriehas been voted one of the top pianists in Mountain Xpress’s Best of WNC contest for three years running.
