Join Ruth Ingram for Asana Lab, an immersive yoga workshop designed to deepen your understanding of the human body in motion. This workshop blends yoga practice with functional anatomy, giving you practical insights into how muscles, joints, and fascia work together in each pose.

Each of the four sections work as a stand-alone complete workshop with a dharma talk, handout, accessible anatomy lecture applied to the peak pose and focus of class. These long practices will consist of vinyasa flow, cool down, pranayama, meditation and a deep integration- savasana. Every workshop will have time for questions and answers and individual attention.
