Join us for a transformative day- journey designed to cleanse the soul, ground your energy, and manifest your intentions.
This unique event is split into two powerful parts: an afternoon workshop followed by an evening of sauna ritual.
Part 1: Sacred sound workshop
We will begin our journey with Master of Zhiva, Olga Samoilova, in a beautiful, sacred space. Olga will guide us through the ancient practice of Zhiva Singing, an indigenous Slavic Vedic tradition. This sacred singing creates a deep, healing resonance that can clear your energy field, release blockages, and promote profound well-being.
Following the Zhiva Singing, Olga will lead us in a grounding and energetic field cleanse. We will release what no longer serves us and prepare ourselves to welcome new, positive energy.
Next, we will come together to create a Herbal Mandala, a beautiful and intentional art piece made from fragrant, locally grown herbs. This creative process is a form of active meditation, allowing us to focus our intentions and connect with the earth's healing power.
Part 2: The Sauna Ritual
After our workshop, we will transition to the sauna for a deeply cleansing and restorative ritual. The intentions we have set during our workshop and infused into our Herbal Mandala will be our guide.
Each participant will receive their own herbal flogging in the sauna. With each flogging, we will perform a purifying prayer, calling in the intentions we have set for ourselves. We will utilize the heat and steam to physically and energetically cleanse our bodies, minds, and spirits.
This is a perfect opportunity to honor your inner wisdom, connect with a supportive community of like-minded people and step forward with clarity and renewed energy.
