Yoga with Reba Frederics

Join Reba for Hatha yoga on Saturday mornings at 10. Reba is a CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher) having recently completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Frog Pond Yoga Centre in Princeton MA. She is a graduate of the Palouse Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Reba lives in Westminster with her partner, her daughter, and her mother on a small family farm with horses, chickens, dogs, and frogs. She homeschools her daughter and loves to read, crochet, ride her horse, go for walks in the woods, and of course, practice yoga.
