Yoga with Reba Frederics

Beginning November 8th, please join Reba for Hatha yoga on Saturday mornings at 10. Reba is a CYT (Certified Yoga Teacher) Candidate currently completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training. Hatha yoga is all about bringing inner balance and peace, and Reba’s classes are slow flow, beginner-friendly and meant for all experience levels to enjoy. The focus will be on gentle stretching and mindful self-awareness. Yoga mats and props will be available for use during class, or you may bring your own. Reba offers modifications using a chair if getting down onto the mat is not accessible or comfortable.
