Handmade Books Volume III - Saturday Workshop

In this workshop, participants will learn how to make creative book structures that stretch the imagination of what we think a book can be. Books can be sculptural forms with innovative folding and gluing techniques. Quotes, music lyrics, and poems can be incorporated that reflect the structure of the book. Three structures will be made, including a House Book, a Star Book, and a Turkish Map Book. All three structures can be easily completed using basic bookbinding tools and papers.
