CycleBar Ashburn is going head-to-head against Method Health Club in a 3-round fitness challenge. This isn’t just about strength, it’s about grit, endurance, and a whole lot of bragging rights.

The Challenge:

12 Goblet Squats
Farmer’s Carry around the studio
10 Push-ups
10 per side Lunge & Row
200m Treadmill Run or 100 Mountain Climbers
