🌳 Join Us for a Day of Giving Back to Nature!
Help plant new trees, meet your neighbors, and enjoy the beauty of fall in Ash Grove. The Ash Grove Tree Board along with assistance from Ash Grove High School Agriculture Students, Community Forester, Justin Holmes, Certified Tree Tech, Shawn Gunnels, Ash Grove Public Works, City Staff & Mayor Caleb Smith will be planting 38 trees in the City Park for the final wrap up of the Cost Share Grant through Missouri Department of Conservation. In the early spring of this year 38 trees, including several Ash Trees were removed that were dead or dying. With the help of Forest ReLeaf we have 38 new trees in 3 gallon containers being delivered and we would love the communities help in planting! Several varieties of trees will be planted and students will be assisting with the hole digging.

Where to Park: Parking Lot next to the Basketball Courts, or around the circle drive in front of the pool.
Meet: Please meet at the pavilion next to the Ash Grove Pool and check in at the volunteer table at your scheduled time slot. Feel free to sign up for more that one slot. We want to be mindful of everyone's time and keep one hour sign ups for those who can't commit to more than one hour. We will give instruction and location for planting at check in.
