The Western Region Concert Band is excited to present An Evening with... Dami Im!
Beginning her musical journey as a virtuoso pianist, Dami’s illustrious career as a singer-songwriter spans over a decade, marked by a constellation of hit albums. After completing her masters in Contemporary Voice, she became a household name when she won The X-Factor.
Since then her performances have illuminated stages at home and worldwide, from the Sydney Opera House to Asia Songfest K-Pop Festival, Beijing Global Gala to the Byron Bay Bluesfest and her memorable presence at the Eurovision Song Contest where she earned her status as ‘Eurovision Royalty’ with her song “Sound of Silence” charting in 43 countries. She has toured with John Legend and in 2023, collaborated with the formidable virtuoso James Morrison.
Western Region Concert Band has had significant success working with international artists including Leo Sayer, James Morrison, Christine Anu, Silvie Paladino, Katie Noonan and many more over the years.
Also featuring choirs SingWest, Dynamix and Harmonix.
