You’ll be guided through a somatic and energetic process that blends art, introspection, and movement to uncover the stories your body carries — and begin transforming them into personal power and self-acceptance.

🌒 In this class, you’ll:

• ✨ Create a visual map of your body, filling it with shadows, emotions, and intuitive symbols
• ✨ Use gentle movement to connect with stored energy and release what no longer serves you
• ✨ Learn to see your shadows as teachers and allies, not enemies
• ✨ Experience somatic grounding and energetic integration techniques
• ✨ Leave feeling lighter, more whole, and deeply connected to your authentic self

You’ll experience a safe, trauma-informed container guided by Andrea Quarles, energy practitioner and founder of True Self Sanctuary — known for her blend of Reiki, sound healing, and intuitive coaching that brings both depth and laughter to transformation.
