Same Room, Same Rhythm - Ongoing Series

This is a meditation series for parents and kids who live in a busy world. Life moves fast. Kids feel it. Parents try to keep up. This parent–child meditation class offers a simple, supportive way to pause, reset, listen, and reconnect — helping families feel calmer, more grounded, and more attuned to one another. Sessions are fun and gentle, and designed to meet kids exactly where they are — wiggles included. No fixing feelings. No forcing focus. Just practical visual and meditative tools to calm, connect, and communicate as a team. This is an opportunity for families build to trust in a slightly amused way. Bring water bottles. This is for all level, 4+ years old. We’ll try for 90 minutes, with snacks and breaks, but we’ll end at 45-60 minutes depending on the energy of the room! Come for one or drop in to this ongoing series in 2026. $20/per family (Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay or Cash)
