Qi and Tea: Skill Intensive

Join this monthly class to focus on details of a specific skill set or classic principal of your Qigong practice. Begin the session by sharing a cup of tea (served Gong Fu-style) to help awaken and circulate the Qi. Then, allow yourself to explore the art and craft of Qigong on a deeper level, as we engage in practice with refined focus and perspective.

Topics to date are as follows:
January 25 – The Importance of Circularity
February 22 – Rhythm, Pacing & Flow
March 29 – What is meant by, “Meditation in Motion?”
